Frequently asked questions

Everything on booking, pricing, the border crossing, luggage, vehicles, licensing and payment for our Singapore–Malaysia van transfers and charter.

Booking & pricing

How do I book a van?

Message us on WhatsApp or fill in the booking form with your route, date and passengers. We reply with a fixed per-van price, 24 hours a day. Once you confirm, your van and driver are reserved — there's no deposit to enquire.

How is the price calculated?

We price per van, not per passenger — one-way or round-trip. The fare depends on the route and the van you choose, and we confirm a fixed all-in price before you travel. No meter, no per-head surcharge.

Can I book a round-trip or add stops?

Yes. Tell us your outbound and return details, or any extra stops you'd like, and we'll quote a single fixed price for the whole trip. Day charters with multiple stops are very common.

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can for early-morning flights, weekends and holidays, so we can secure your van. That said, we operate 24 hours, so last-minute requests are always welcome — just message us.

Border crossing & travel

Do I need a visa to travel between Singapore and Malaysia?

Most travellers clear immigration at the Causeway or Second Link without a visa, but requirements depend on your nationality and pass. Please confirm your own passport and visa requirements before you travel — we can't advise on individual immigration status.

How does the border crossing work?

Your licensed driver takes you through the checkpoint in the same van; passengers clear immigration in person at each side. We plan your pickup time around traffic at the crossing so the journey stays smooth.

Causeway or Second Link — which do you use?

Your driver chooses the crossing that's flowing best on the day. The Causeway suits JB city; the Second Link often works well for Legoland, Desaru and the west of Johor.

How long does a trip take?

JB is around 1–1.5 hours from Singapore; Melaka 3–3.5 hours; KL, Genting and the highlands 4–6+ hours. Times vary with checkpoint traffic — we always plan with margin.

Vehicles & luggage

What vehicles do you provide?

Vans only — five vans from 10 to 17 seats, including VIP configurations. We don't do taxis, MPVs or self-drive rental. Vans give your group the most seating and luggage space for cross-border and long-distance travel.

How much luggage can I bring?

It depends on the van and the number of passengers — more passengers means less luggage room. See the pax-vs-luggage guide on our Fleet page, or tell us your group and bags and we'll recommend the right van.

Is the van private to my group?

Yes. The whole van is yours for the trip — no sharing with other passengers. A licensed driver handles the route, the parking and the crossing.

Licensing & payment

Are your vehicles and drivers licensed?

Yes. Every van holds a PSV (Public Service Vehicle) licence and we are MOTAC-licensed, driven by licensed drivers — legal, above-board operation, not a private unlicensed car. Many MPV charters skip MOTAC; we don't.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash and bank transfer. We confirm the amount and method on WhatsApp when you book — no online payment is required to reserve.

What is your cancellation policy?

[Cancellation policy pending client confirmation.] We'll always do our best to be fair — message us as early as possible if your plans change and we'll work it out.

Are you available 24 hours?

Yes. We operate 24 hours, every day. Message us any time for early-morning, late-night or last-minute transfers.

Didn't find your answer?

Message us on WhatsApp — we're happy to help, 24 hours.
